Chuck Laughlin
Co-Founder, Chairman of the Board
Chuck Laughlin has brought a visionary approach to the “art of sales” by illuminating the power of messaging and story in business. As a highly successful executive and consultant, Chuck is a master change agent, having developed a patented process to help companies maximize their resources, opportunities and successes.
Prior to co-founding Corporate Visions, Chuck worked at Shared Medical Systems, where he received "Top Sales person of the Year" honors.
Before entering sales, Chuck worked as an Engineering Analyst in the defense industry and as Systems Analyst for a software vendor. He holds a master’s degree from Colgate University, awarded cum laude.
Karen Sage
Co-Founder, Director
Karen Sage uses her unique selling techniques, grounded in Neuro-Linguistic Programming, her global sales consulting experience and her ability to easily translate these skills into everyday practical use to help companies and people achieve success.
Prior to co-founding Corporate Visions, Karen was Vice President of Sales for an independent sales organization, the number one salesperson of computer peripheral equipment and a consultant to the oil and gas exploration industry. During these efforts she developed compelling selling techniques and presentation strategies. She then trained salespeople how to best use these techniques to grab the attention of the audience and win more business.
As a best-selling author, her work includes Samurai Selling: The Ancient Art of Service in Sales, which was voted one of the thirty best business books of 1993 by Soundview Executive Book Summaries.
Joe Terry
President
Joe brings with him over 20 years of experience in sales, sales management, marketing, operations and executive management from companies such as Workstream, Kronos, PeopleSoft, Ventaso and Pacific Medical. Prior to joining the CVI executive team, Joe was Senior Vice President of Worldwide Sales and Account Management for Workstream. In addition, he spent five years in Senior Level Sales Management positions at Kronos, with the most recent being VP of Global Sales for the Talent Management Division.
Joe understands the incredible challenges sales and marketing leaders face in today’s business world. As a former client of Corporate Visions’ workshops and consulting engagements, Joe knows how to harness the Power of Messaging to create outrageous results. He believes that what you say and how you say it dictates the difference between an average performance and a winning one. Joe is a hands-on leader with a synergy of knowledge and passion for our mission, ready to drive outstanding successes, bringing great things to Corporate Visions and all its clients.
Joe studied Marketing at California State University, Hayward, earned a B.A. in Management from the University of Phoenix and has additional education from the Haas School of Business, University of California, Berkeley. Additionally, Joe played middle linebacker for the Seattle Seahawks.
Tim Riesterer
SVP of Strategic Consulting and CMO
Tim brings with him over 20 years of experience in strategic consulting services, executive marketing and sales, advertising and communications with in-depth knowledge in message development and delivery methods. He will be responsible for guiding the strategic direction of Corporate Visions’ Senior Consultants and driving all marketing initiatives.
Prior to joining Corporate Visions executive team, Tim co-founded Customer Message Management, LLC (CMM Group), where he was CEO. At CMM Group, Tim was in charge of developing customer-relevant, sales-ready marketing, communications and sales support tools for the company’s world-class clients. Prior to CMM Group, Tim was CMO and VP of Strategic Services for Ventaso; a marketing and sales effectiveness software company. Additionally Tim was President and CEO of Brady Marketing Group, specializing in B2B marketing communications services. Tim also worked in marketing, communication and sales support for world-class technology manufacturers such as Rockwell Automation and GE Medical Systems.
Tim is a dedicated marketing and sales leader. He continues to expand on the current growth and achievements of Corporate Visions to ensure client satisfaction, while leveraging the superior skills of Corporate Visions’ Consultants and creative Marketing team.
Tim is also co-author of Customer Message Management: Increasing Marketing’s Impact on Selling (AMA) and has a degree in Mass Communications and Journalism from the University of Wisconsin, Milwaukee.
Diane Emo
SVP of Products and Learning
Diane uses her passion for sales and marketing integration to help companies powerfully and consistently communicate their customer messages. As the lead for Products and Learning, she applies over 20 years of experience in sales training, messaging and marketing communications to design unique, practical offerings for Corporate Visions customers.
Prior to joining the executive team, Diane was President and Co-founder of Customer Message Management, LLC (CMM Group). In that position, she worked with world-class customers in various industries to create differentiated customer messages, and ensure their use in sales conversations, training and marketing support.
Diane is a determined marketing and sales professional who keeps things practical. She understands how people learn, and believes that simplicity is a positive. She is a key contributor to the growth and success of Corporate Visions.
Diane is also co-author of Customer Message Management: Increasing Marketing’s Impact on Selling (AMA). She has a BS in Clinical Sciences, Nuclear Medicine and a MA in Organizational Communication with an emphasis on Instructional Design.
Doug Domergue
SVP, Worldwide Sales and Channels
Doug brings over 30 years of experience in sales and executive sales management with in-depth knowledge in pre-sales, inside sales, direct sales, channel development/ management and marketing. He is responsible for overseeing all aspects of Corporate Visions' sales and channels organization.
Prior to joining the Corporate Visions team, Doug was VP of Americas Sales for Remedy Corporation and SVP Americas Sales at Aspect Communications. His latest role was at Siterra Corporation as VP of Sales & Marketing where he managed all sales operations including direct field sales, inside sales and channel sales. Doug was also a senior partner at DSG Consulting where he was responsible for the West Coast operations.
Doug is a determined sales and marketing leader well positioned to build on the current growth and success of Corporate Visions and better serve the needs of our clients, while leveraging the skills and enthusiasm of his highly experienced and motivated sales team.
Ellen O'Rourke
Director of Products
As Director of Product Management, Ellen brings with her 15 years of experience in product development, sales enablement, technology and program management. Ellen’s ingenious approaches to Corporate Visions product development with Power Messaging®, Power Positioning® and Power Discovery® have centered on meeting the requirements of clients, providing them with a unique competitive edge in a dynamic sales environment.
Prior to Corporate Visions, Ellen held senior roles at Office Depot and FedEx Kinko’s, executing on multi-million dollar capital projects. She has a proven ability to create value by setting and completing strategies while exceeding expectations to improve business performance.
Ellen is a forward thinker and knows that every Corporate Visions solution will help sales and marketing professionals drive company performance and win more business. She also holds a B.A. in Communications from San Diego State University.
Lilia Todorova
Director of Marketing
As the Director of Marketing at Corporate Visions, Lilia provides the strategic direction for Corporate Visions’ initiatives to raise awareness in the marketplace on the need for differentiation, imagination and boldness in sales and marketing. With her gift of creativity and the ability to visually transform words into art, Lilia provides our clients with the true Corporate Visions experience.
Lilia contributes over eight years of experience in marketing, advertising and graphic design. Prior to joining Corporate Visions, Lilia was Art Director at CLM Design and the recipient of six ADDY awards and four Maggie awards for her work with clients like Frontier Airlines, Harrah’s Hotel and Casino, Reno-Sparks Convention and Visitors Authority and many more.
Lilia is a creative thinker and will continue to grow Corporate Visions’ successes through bold, innovative thinking and ideas. She also holds a dual B.A. in Journalism (Advertising) and Art (Digital Media) from the University of Nevada, Reno
